I was diagnosed back in 2018 with P.C.O.S Insulin resistant. Mind you before my diagnosis of PCOS i was misdiagnoses as bipolar ( manic ) at the age of 15 years old. For 17 and a half years i was on all the wrong medications and my words and symptoms went completely ignored by doctors, By the time i was Properly diagnosed, I was 33 years old, I was obese and i was told i would never have children. my body had completely shut down on me physically, I started going through early menopause and I became to sick to physically take care of myself. No one believed me, I was terrified! I ended up losing everything, my job, my marriage, my home, my confidence, my life...

I had no idea what P.C.O.S  was or how to control it, doctors sent me home with little to no information just a diagnosis. I had never heard of this disease before, There my journey began. 

So believe me, I understand your struggles. I am now a Certified Nutritionist and Master Fitness coach and i specialize in P.C.O.S Insulin sensitivity ( women's health ). I am now a P.C.O.S ADVOCATE here to help other women like me. I have not only mastered how to control my PCOS insulin sensitivities symptoms naturally! I have also mastered the reversal of my P.C.O.S fertility issues. I now have three beautiful children and I live a full and active lifestyle taking only two vitamins a day!
